Name: James Hadley
A bit about: Based in London since June 2008, in order to explore a somewhat larger theatre industry, for the four years prior to that I was working as the Programme Manager at BATS Theatre, Wellington. Currently I work for Arts Council England. I've been directing for over a decade, initially at Allen Hall, University of Otago, where I started up student theatre company Aimiable Productions, then moved to Wellington to study the Masters in Theatre Directing co-taught by Toi Whakaari - NZ Drama School and Victoria University. My particular theatrical interests are site-specific, participatory and community theatre, but I have a voracious appetite for all things theatrical!
