My name is not Joy, it's just a nickname.. I like design (magazine layouts and whatnot), illustration (traditional, digital and mixed media) and music (singing, guitar and piano).
I've had nearly a year's worth of experience on layout design, since I helped out with my school's magazine this year. But if I include doing level 2 Art Design, that would total my experience to 2 years! I'm a bit of an amateur...I did the layout for 78 pages of the magazine on Photoshop. It was only until I had one more page to go, that I became enlightened to InDesign. I'm still learning heaps about the enigma that is Adobe Creative Suite...
Oh, and I'm just a recent high school graduate. In fact, I just became a former student of my school a few weeks ago.
