Name: Marcel Rodeka
A bit about: I'm a working professional musician and have been in the music industry for over 35 years, touring and recording internationally, most notably with NZ band Mother Goose. I am drummer for the South Island's excellent and iconic band, The Oxo Cubans. The Drum Studio is a fully equipped drum tuition studio in central Dunedin which I have owned and operated for the past eight years. I have also spent twelve years in the film and televison industry in a sales and marketing role, managing the TVC process from selling the concept to managing the production to final delivery for broadcast. Am currently in the middle of recording an album of original songs with two songwriting partners.
Big Idea: As I work for myself I'm always looking for opportunities in music, the arts, or indeed any production house where I can use my knowledge, experience and excellent people/communication skills.
