Name: Nicholas Bosman
A bit about: I am a recent BMus graduate from the University Of Canterbury, and during the past five years have been involved within the jazz idiom, and have been focused on bettering myself musically. I love attacking new challenges head on and taking on projects that I have never experienced before so that I can broaden my musical horizons. I have been involved in small jazz groups, big bands, show bands, orchestral music, world music groups and pop bands. I have a deep love for music and love passing on the joy that I experience from it onto others. This resulted in teaching being another focus of mine. Another love is my love for new creative material and therefore have focused much upon the arts of composition and arranging. Other interests include: travel, health and fitness, literature and meeting new people. What ties all these interests together is music – my passion for it is the most integral part of my personality.
