The Big Idea is a self-help website but there are times when the creative community needs a hand. Jade Tang and Lena Kovac share the essential role of Community Manager, helping you to help yourself.
Jade Tang is currently working to re-connect with key arts organisations from around NZ to re-engage with our creative community just in time for The Big Idea's 10 year birthday - ^JT also works closely with the editor, Cathy Aronson to share the voice of @TheBigIdeaNZ on twitter.
Lena Kovac is the Work Administrator and looks after the Jobs & Opportunities section of the site: 'I make sure the 'work' section offers a full spectrum of opportunities currently available in the sector by uploading and connecting jobs I find on the internet. I also try to encourage/support institutions and individuals to list jobs themselves. I live in beautiful Northland and work as Funding & Liaison Officer for CHART besides The Big Idea.'
