How do we use this knowledge to view living systems today?
In the framework of western scientific thought that is mechanistic and reductive, DNA is seen as a code. Often we hear it likened to a computer code, a code that can be 'broken', 'edited', 'cut and pasted'.
The living wildflower weed model offers an alternative metaphor.
Available as an archival limited edition (20 only) quality print, laminated on board. Able to sent overseas. Price 750 euro. This print is held in Trinity College Dublin, the Royal College of Surgeons, Dublin and in private collections. It was also on the cover of a new ecohealth magazine in Canada, Sept 04.
