Andrea Moore opened her first shop in Wellington in 1999, and with the help of her family and business/life partner Brian Molloy has built the signature label to become one of the countries’ most sought after brands.
Known for its bright, flattering and fashion forward garments, collections from the label are made in New Zealand from exquisite fabrics from around the world. “We often work in millimetres in pursuit of the perfect fitting garment to redefine the body’s shape and proportion,” says Moore.
In 2008 Moore began a collaboration with iconic Kiwi company Silverdale Knitwear to create Silverdale by Andrea Moore, a collection of smart and chic knit pieces that fuse the quality creations of one company with the stylish designs of the other. “Success in the fashion industry depends not only on imagination and creativity, but business savvy, hard work and luck,” says Andrea.
