Silverbeet

Collage work for the Solo Exhibition 'Rose People and Friends'. For this exhibition I made 13 collages using my felt-pen drawings, cuttings from books, old NZ stamps, golden leaf and nice paper.

Silverbeet is the tittle of this work, which makes reference to the silver colour of the frame. The girl in the collage is floating, in a love state. I wanted to express that nice feeling of contentment when connecting with your inner-self.
