Collage work for Solo Exhibition

Collage work for the Solo Exhibition 'Rose People and Friends'. For this exhibition I made 13 collages using my felt-pen drawings, cuttings from books, old NZ stamps, golden leaf and nice paper.

Seven seas is the tittle of this work. The mermaid is made with felt pens over card and I've used paper from envelopes, a tea label and golden leaf for this collage. Mermaids have been one of my sources of inspiration for a long time, I really like them and sometimes they come to visit me in my dreams!
