Channel set diamond and sapphire ring

There are many styles of channel set rings. Indeed any collection of similar stones can be set into a channel. The style I like the most, and the one that I feel makes the best use of  an unbroken band of gemstones, is the princess-cut channel-set.

Here I’ve made a classic. The sapphires and diamonds compliment each other beautifully and using 18ct yellow gold against a deep sapphire blue is a rich combination.
