Embroidered Tui

This 100% NZ woolen blanket reminded me of the incredible green and blue hues that stand out in the feathers of our native Tui. The Tui is hand embroidered onto the fabric with a hand made pompom attached to the throat of the bird, representative of the white tuft of feathers on the Tui's throat. The rear of the cushion is vibrant rayon fastened in an envelope style. This cover fits a standard 16 inch cushion insert.
