"Men at Work", group exhibition at the Greenslade Gallery

Robert Onnes is part of a group exhibition, "Men at Work" at the Greenslade Gallery, in Hamilton.

"I create sculpture which reflects the diverse beauty of humanity and nature using organic lines and surfaces."

Robert works in steel and copper plate. These materials forge into substantial forms and yet they display an earthy, organic quality. "It fascinates me how smooth surfaces and clean sharp edges can be made to suggest natural forms."

'Men at Work' - an exhibition showcasing male artists, working in a variety of media from paint to steel.
