The creation and appreciation of art has always been a big part of my life. After graduating from Sydney College of the Arts in 1979 with a major in Jewellery and Silversmithing, I began travelling and sailing which took me to San Francisco.

After sharing my skills with my former husband, together we sold on the streets of San Francisco. We held a permanent stall at the Pike Place market in Seattle for 2yrs, then in 1988 we sailed to Hawaii and sold jewellery in crafts fairs there.

We cruised the Pacific with our young family cruising into the Bay of Islands in 1991 - New Zealand being very dear to me as my great grandparents, grandparents and parents were New Zealanders.

After a few years of selling at markets in the Bay of Islands we worked hard to expand into the gallery market. I have since exhibited throughout New Zealand in Te Papa Gallery Store,Tamarillo, Kura, Punakaiki Crafts, Burning Issues, The Entrance and Origin.

I am settled now in Kerikeri and was a member of the Origin Art and Craft collective from2004-2010,currently exhibiting at Burning Issues, Kura and Origin and do private commisssions.

I love wavy flowing lines and working with a range of colourful semi precious stones. I also like to use NZ icons/imagery and most of all I enjoy creating jewellery that will be treasured by others. This gives me great pleasure.
