Kahukura Print by Robyn Kahukiwa

Kahukura is part of the Native NZ series Robyn Kahukiwa has been painting for the last few years. Kahukura is the Maori name of the red admiral butterfly, and the Maori woman is shown with a kauwae or facial tattoo". There are 30 prints in this edition released today, 1 June 2010.

Technical information: 

10 colour screenprint hand printed on Fabriano Artistico paper. Edition of 30 prints all editioned, signed, dated and titled by Robyn Kahukiwa.
