Jesu Collage (2006)

This piece is a collage that condenses the work of two separate images. The work stems from the need for clarity and posession of self. A struggle between masculine and feminine, identity and iconography.
Technical information:
The collage is a digitised photomontage on photographic paper.
The painting 'Jesu' is acrylic, charcoal and paper on canvas (A1).
The drawing 'Pompadou' is charcoal and acrylic paint on canvas board (A3).
