    Chiaradina Cerweny

A truly creative spirit, Chiaradina's head and heart is most of the time full of thousand of colorful ideas for creation, innovative combinations and new inventions.

Her main focus lies on combining conscious creativity with heart-centered spirituality. “It's of no use to anybody to create something that either trashes the planet or leads humanity (and with it all other beings) deeper down into the darkness of ignorance. As artists, we are called upon to make a difference – in our lives and with our lives and creations. Standing out and speaking up, going against certain – often unconscious – tendencies is not always “fun”. The liability of creative people lies in stirring stuff up, rattling the cage – but always with the final goal or intention of motivating people to change, to honor and appreciate life. We are always surrounded by all-encompassing love and a profound, cross-cultural, timeless wisdom if we only allow ourselves to open to it. My life – no matter if professional or personal – is dedicated to the unifying oneness and the evolutionary purpose of individuality that celebrates the sacredness of all.”

Chiaradina's areas of active interest and engagement focus on visual design and expression and include photography and the medium of film and print. She uses the Adobe family for fluently speaking the language of digital shapes and forms. “I love working with symbols as they allow for multi-dimensional interpretation according to the level of consciousness of the observer.”

in the past, she has worked as an Art Director for AgileNtts, a London based company who pioneered in implementing interactive streaming content "back in the days"  when the smooth performance of impeccably streaming video content was still a challenge (2001). On the design front, she has created many book covers for a german, Munich - based publishing house.  She furthermore was involved in  "guerilla film making" - front (reporting) and back of the camera (shooting, editing) - for the Wellington - based "TuneIntoWellington.tv" vlog project (2008) that streamed current events, shows and intriguing casual encounters in order to document the bubbly artsy variety Wellington has to offer. (Bowlarama, Waitangi Day, Gay and Lesbian Festival, Fringe etc... ).

Chiaradina loves being a part of a multi-cultural, intelligent and dedicated team of professionals. As a free spirit, she needs a lot of freedom and space to keep the ideas and creations coming. “As and artist, rigid hours of work and external totalitarian hierarchies of control as an expression of distrust in the dedication and willingness of an artist and the holistic, organic intelligence of the creative process itself will stifle your creative juices. True artists have learned to internally incorporate the elements of discipline, containment of energy and inner control which will demand (and allow for) outer freedom in order to “go with the flow.”

Besides her career as a digital artist, Chiaradina has taken the “art of the flow” off the Wacom tablet and now also puts it onto the yogamat. She has studied Ayurveda and Yoga in Kerala, India and trained with Shiva Rea (Los Angeles) and Sadie Nardini (New York), both well known and respected teachers in their respective fields. She is a certified Core strength Vinyasa and Prana Flow Yoga Teacher.

Chiaradina currently teaches Prana Flow Yoga and holds workshops. Her first DVD series, that were filmed in summer 2011, will be released during the next couple of months. She is furthermore working on her first cross-cultural, perennial wisdom book “Your Spirit Matters” that unites physical anatomy, the subtle energy body and the philosophy of the journey of the soul.
