Mini Missions

Mini Missions will be a documentary of driving vision.

I have a 1978 Mini Clubman and I'm driving this beauty around NZ seeking out other visionaries and what drives them.

This Mini is just waiting for talented kiwi artists to lovingly stroke her sumptuous curves. I want this car to be an evolving piece of art, the images on her body growing with the vision we find on our journey.

This project is about promotion. For my other projects, also the people and projects we come across on the road. It's an opportunity to share dreams and experience.

By finding people who are do more than talk, I hope to call others to action. Those who are successful, share your stories. Those chasing success, share your passion.

Tell us your goals, and what you need to achieve them. Tell us your skills and the goals you want to apply them to. Share your ideas, experience and resources.

Long term:

In the long term Mini Missions is about establishing a social marketing company, later a community investment network. I hope to come up with a project worthy of sponsorship, and use any revenue as capital for a socially focused organization.

I also hope we can generate some attention for people looking for funding or help with their visionary projects.

This is just an idea, I want to bring people together to establish a brand, a mission statement and an organizational structure.

Right now:

Right now I live on a yacht, and I'm doing what I can to get this project off the ground. I have no money and no internet access apart from the library. Everything seems to take a long time when you don't know what your doing, countless tutorials and books are beneficial in the long term, but how do you find the answer to a question you don't know.

I'm trying to make this documentary open and interactive. It aims to involve as many people as possible. I need forward thinking, fun loving people to get involved. Web, Film, Photo, Design, Legal, Financial.

The Mini is in the South Island, it needs some rust cut out of the doors and a base paint job. Unfortunately its de-registered so it need re vining also.

What next?

Come for a ride, tell us your story. Send us to your grand dads back shed so we can check out his invention... If your an artist, film maker, musician, designer, entrepreneur, social group, green business... anyone, with anything worth sharing.

I have a website outlining this and other projects, Its still under construction and is slowly moving forward, including a blog to start soon.
