The 7 Gifts

A young boy must find seven precious, secret gifts bequeathed to the Earth by its guardian. An Angel gives him seven books to read, each of which describes a gift. He must, after each one, show the Angel that he knows and understands the gift hidden within it.  A motley band of rock star, old woman, wrecked sailor, honeybee, philosopher, gardener and white dolphin inhabit the stories, and they help the young boy find at the end why he has to do this.
