All roads lead to Parihaka

In the face of encroaching tyranny on Earth that slowly coalesces from its seemingly unnconnected sources a young Maori man named Merekara is given a chance to understand the significance of his genetic history and is asked to bring all races of the human family together in unity under the shadow of the volcano of Taranaki.

When Merekara accepts his path he begins to understand that a galactic connection is the source of the love that paves the way for the community based there. As the world outside of the new Parihaka succumbs to a engineered global conflct that decimates the planet and billions of humans the community becomes the last beacon of freedom on Earth.

From the ashes of the conflict a new centralised global governance forms and it seeks to impose its Orwellian nightmare via its world army, with its eyes firmly fixed on the peaceful community of Parihaka in order to destroy it.

The World Army converges on Parihaka on the day... of the Aranga.

Giving my imagination a place to manifest drew me into the written word when I was still formulating the distinctions between what was deemed reality to myself and what was considered reality to everyone else. During my early twenties I had what one could call a 'conscious awakening' that shook the very foundations of the five sense world I had adhered too during my adolescence.

The consequence was a path of self-discovery that meandered into realms that challenged the very basis of what I believed.

In my desire to give my revelations a voice, I created Oho Ake Books, penning a novel and two collections of short stories (all written under the guise of characters who encapsulate the knowledge I have been privy too for the last twenty years).

These first three books are the first in a series of two novels and another two collections of short stories that will consummate my visions of a world unfolding around us.

(my second novel, unrelated to the first, will be released mid-late 2011)

All my literary works are in the ebook format
