Job description:

Creative? Entrepreneurial? Got a great project? In a creative business? Auckland based?

Arts Regional Trust (ART) is calling for applications from creative and entrepreneurial people interested in taking part in the 2010 ART Venture Programme. Places in the 2010 ART Venture programme are limited to 15 creative entrepreneurs drawn from across all disciplines of the arts, culture and creative industries sectors.

The programme caters for those who are in the early stages of enterprise development as well as those who are more experienced and wanting to take what they do to the next level of success.

This is a unique acceleration programme bringing together the arts, business, education and investment communities to provide start-up and experienced entrepreneurs working in the Auckland region with a comprehensive learning environment.

Up to 15 successful applicants will undergo a one-year programme beginning in July 2010 consisting of specialist mentoring, workshops and access to investment funding based on the reality of today’s creative industries.

Now in its third year, ART Venture has firmly established itself as a vital and sought after development programme that is future-based, long-term and sharply focused on current, specific business development needs.
