New Trustees appointed to ASB Community Trust
Two new Trustees have been appointed to ASB Community Trust. They are Auckland accountant Paula Kearns and Auckland lawyer Ken Whitney.
Ken Whitney, a partner in legal firm Ross & Whitney, is also a trustee of the Chisholm Whitney Family Trust, a philanthropic trust which supports community initiatives throughout the region.
Paula Kearns, Director of accounting firm PKCA, is a current board member of the New Zealand Football Board, NZ Onshore Sculpture Ltd and United Soccer 1. She was also North Auckland Kindergarten Association’s Vice-President from 2006 to 2008.
The new Trustees replace Trustees Kevin Prime, who served as Chairman for the last six years, Sr Mary Foy and Yoon Boo Lee, who have all completed two four-year terms as Trustees of ASB Community Trust. A new Chair will be elected at the November Board meeting.
