Young and Hungry Playwrights Submission 2010 now open!

The Theme for 2010 is: FRESH

Every year Young and Hungry Commissions 3 Playwrights to write a 60 minute play for young people to perform, crew, design, market and produce at BATS Theatre in Wellington.

Along with the development process because of the success of our 2009 partnership with Auckland Theatre company we are able to offer playwrights the possibility to have their work performed in both Wellington and Auckland and in 2010 we are entering a new partnership with Dunedin that will see the festival taking place down there.

2010 submissions will be produced in 2011.

3 plays, 3 Festivals, over 150 Young and Hungry Theatre-makers!
