City Arts, Nga Mahi Toi o Poneke
City Arts, Nga Mahi Toi o Poneke is focused on the development and delivery of Wellington City Council’s arts activities. The administrator role is based at the Toi Poneke Arts Centre on Abel Smith Street.
The Toi Poneke Arts Centre plays a key role in the delivery of the Council’s cultural well-being priorities. As part of a small and busy team, you will use your strong administrative and communication skills to ensure the centre runs smoothly and meets the needs of it users.
You must have experience in administrative and customer service roles. Experience in using PeopleSoft Financials and EBMS booking management programmes would be an advantage. This is a permanent full-time position.
