Administrator (3 – 4 days/week) Temporary
Our fabulous Administrator will be out of the office for 4-6 weeks and we’re looking for someone to fill her shoes while she’s away.
Pablos is looking for a well organized person with good communication skills to manage the accounting and administrative side of the
organization, and work as a member of the staff team.  MYOB and accounting experience essential.

Key Skills
1.      Accounting – manage organisational cash flow, payroll, payments and all accounting processes through MYOB, maintaining regular contact with Pablos Treasurer.
2.      Production of accounting reports including monthly reports against budget, year end accounts, companies office/charities commission requirements.
3.      Work closely with the Gallery Manager to ensure accurate gallery records are maintained and artists are paid monthly.
4.      Manage contracts and suppliers – review for cost effectiveness, maintain consumables, manage cleaner.

Key skills sought: 

MYOB and accounting experience essential.
