Marketing Co-ordinator

charlatan clinic ltd is an organisation made from a creative mix of film, theatre, fashion, and education.  We are in an exciting growth phase and looking for someone to put his or her marketing knowledge into action.

You must have the ability to collaborate on a project from concept to implementation. We have several projects underway this year and need someone to market them out to a wide variety of audiences.  Our work has unique selling points and established market presence.

As our marketing co-ordinator, you will manage simultaneous local and international projects and work in close collaboration with the director and producer.  You will need to be innovative, target-driven, responsible, and accountable for your actions.  The ability for you to give and receive construction criticism is essential to ensure exceptional execution of projects within tight deadlines.

Key Accountabilities:

• Advertising and marketing analysis and forecasting
• Audience development
• Working to deadlines and brief
• Researching local and international markets
• Sourcing quotations and costing
• Assisting with casting process for production
• Marketing material for publications and sponsorship
• Co-ordinating production days
•  Ad-hoc duties as required
• Well versed in all social media portals
• Networking
• Event Management
• Leveraging all opportunities
• Comfortable working with KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Communications (or equivalent qualification)
• Previous work experience
• High level of presentation
• Passionate about marketing and communication
• Positive personality with a drive to succeed
• Confident person who can hit the ground running
• Available for project meetings
• Drivers License
