Part-time Resource Support
The Learning Connexion is a tertiary school of Art and Creativity based in the Hutt Valley, Wellington.
We seek an organised and responsible individual to fill our part-time Resource Support role. This position assists with the smooth running of day to day functions at TLC and connects with all facets of the school including Reception, staff and students, and establishing and building relationships with external sales providers.
To be successful in this role you must be confident planning your own day and be able to multi-task, work to deadlines, and maintain a high level of customer service in all tasks. Your day may alternate between researching costs for equipment, data entry work, covering our Reception, and purchasing cafeteria and office supplies. The role will therefore suit a motivated person who enjoys a changing routine, working independently as well as supporting other staff in their roles. The position requires some computer use so a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Outlook, Excel) is essential.
The role is operational between 10am and 2.30pm, Monday to Friday - total of 20 hours per week.
