Classical Music Agent - Internship
This exciting and rare internship is an opportunity to learn how to become a successful Music Agent. Over the period of 8 months, you will become skilled in:
- Social media and general internet promotion
- Meetings and client negotiations
- Relationship building with various music groups
- Distribution practices in the music industry
The ideal candidate would:
1. Have a real love for music, and have a working knowledge of classical music.
2. Have an engaging personality and the ability to build relationships easily with strangers.
3. Have a mind for innovation and enjoy progressive, new ideas.
The intern would spend 5 - 15 hours a week from home and would have a weekly meeting to chart progress and development. This Music Agent Internship position is regarded as unpaid, but a token monetary gift is given each month to the intern.
The Internship is ideally suited to a highschool/university student or someone living with very little expenses.
