Administrator and Project Support
Applications are now open for an exciting arts administration position, with a major training opportunity, available in the Auckland DANZ office.
The role is to work with the DANZ team and the Auckland Regional Manager on the Auckland 2012 seminar and project programme plus administration for the Auckland office. The position also offers an opportunity to attend DANZ training on an intern basis and thus gain valuable arts and dance industry training.
We are looking for an outgoing, energetic person who is a good communicator, has proven planning, organising and promotion experience, excellent computer and IT skills and shows initiative as well as being a team worker. Knowledge of the dance industry or wider arts industry is ideal.
This is a fixed term, part time contract for 18 hours a week for 44 weeks and starts 30 January until 30 November 2012. There will be a 3 month probation period.
This position is ideal for an up and coming enthusiastic person looking to develop skills and contribute to an exciting industry or someone wishing to return to the workforce.
