Job description: 

The security team is responsible for providing the highest level of security for our people, collections, exhibitions and facilities. We are looking for four part time Security Guards (minimum hours 12 hours per week) with previous security experience to work in a dynamic and busy environment, for our 24-hour, 7 day a week operational in-house Security team.

You will have:

  • Experience as a member of a security team
  • Competence in computer-based packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, CCTV operation, access control and other technical based applications, or the ability to learn these.
  • A full, clean drivers licence, and ideally a current first aid certificate

The nature of the security work necessitates some walking and standing and therefore requires that you have a good standard of physical fitness. You will be a reliable, innovative, self-motivated team player, with the ability to multi-task and maintain a high standard of personal presentation.

All applicants will be subject to a security clearance check and any appointment will be subject to this provision.
