Arts Manager Required
Uxbridge is looking for a dynamic new Manager for its Arts Centre. Uxbridge offers a range of services to the community, including exhibitions,
concerts, a comprehensive variety of classes and rooms for hire.
The ideal candidate would have excellent organisational and project management skills, have an ability to think strategically and act
decisively. They will need experience managing staff and a good working knowledge and affinity for the visual and performing arts. This is a full
time position.

an arts and cultural centre located in the heart of Howick. A variety of classes and workshops such as jewellery construction and design, photography, soft stone sculpture, cast glass and ceramics are available either during the day or evening.
Several rooms are available for hire in a variety of sizes for meetings, small conferences, classes and training seminars. Equipment available includes television & video, overhead projector and screen.
The Gallery has wonderful acoustics, ideal for concerts, performances and lectures with raked seating for up to 100 people. An upright piano is also available for hire. There are regular exhibitions featuring established and emerging artists with particular emphasis on artists living locally.
