While New Zealand is in the spotlight during the Rugby World Cup, it will be critical for the country to showcase its life and cultural attractions to the world stage.

You will engage with New Zealand's regions to promote the "best" that New Zealand has on offer in 2011 and leading up to the Rugby World Cup games, and you will package these cultural events into a festival.

In order to be successful in this role it will be essential that you are deeply involved in New Zealand's cultural scene, having proven experience in marketing New Zealand's arts and culture.

Through your existing networks, marketing experience and exceptional relationship management skills you will work with cultural and other groups to put together a festival programme showing what additional unique attractions are on offer during the games.
