Customer Relationship Manager, NZMS
Our heart is in the GLAM sector but there is no glitz about us. We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who shares our passion and commitment to New Zealand’s heritage and already has a strong affinity with our clients and their work. Our current manager has been overwhelmed by her “weekend” photography business and is stepping up as a full time photographer (http://www.jomoorephotographer.co.nz/) .
We have a unique sense of “duty of care” in our sector, and enjoy supporting our industry in many different ways. We are New Zealand’s premier imaging bureau with strong links throughout the heritage sector. Our enthusiasm for digitisation and micrographics standards and quality, together with our very careful handling skills make us the bureau of choice for our discerning clients. Do you exhibit qualities that will meet their expectations?
As our new CRM you will facilitate the liaison between us and our clients; manage our sales generation and quoting process; be the marketing lead for the company, oversee the integration of our new customer relationship management system, and be at the pointy end of scanner installations and running workshops. The position involves both travel and savvy use of ICT.
The qualities we are looking for are integrity and duty of care.

And maybe…
• Empathy with heritage collections
• Familiarity with scanning equipment and software
