Administration star? Community focus? Play an influential role within our community team, work on exciting community projects and activities!

Work collaboratively with other administrators in the team supporting our community advisers and community teams.  Your busy day will include administration and management support, purchase and budget monitoring, project participation, business reporting and planning support, relationship management and customer liaison!
 
This fast paced and stimulating role will suit someone who has honed their administration skills within an office environment and has an intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office.  You're well known for your ability to multi-task, use initiative and your proactive approach. Outstanding communication is a must as you will add value through critique of reports and letters.  Naturally, you also possess a strong team focus and a willingness to learn.

We offer plenty of challenge and the opportunity to build your knowledge of community development and services. Be part of a team who are a critical link in local communities.  Only outstanding administrators need apply!

This is a fixed term opportunity to end of October 2010.

    - Support and delivery of community and major events such as Pasifika Festival, Lantern Festival and Music in Parks
    - Facilitation of film productions in the region
