    New Zealand Book Month

New Zealand Book Month (NZBM) began in 2006 and runs each September, showcasing New Zealand books and writers in the media, the web, and within a huge national events calendar.
The Month works to create a fresh new message about reading on a popular and very public basis. We work with a variety of literary organisations, publishers, booksellers, celebrities and charities to try and increase the spotlight on New Zealand writing across the board.
