The New Zealand Film Commission is looking to appoint a Receptionist/Administrator. This is a full time position situated at the Film Commission’s office in Wellington.
Responsibilities include:
- Telephone and reception duties
- Office duties including responsibility for mail, couriers, and stationery
- Information distribution
- Secretarial support for the Executive Manager
- Maintenance of in-house contact database
Applicants should possess strong computer skills, administrative experience, a relevant tertiary degree or industry certificate and a helpful can-do attitude.
