Job description: 

Te Whaea, home of Toi Whakaari: NZ Drama School and the New Zealand School of Dance, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced receptionist to work part time in a job share position.

You will be required to work five hours per day either morning or afternoon and some flexibility around this is necessary.

We are seeking someone with an outgoing personality who is able to be highly focussed and accurate in their work. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors, staff and students and will need to be able to relate to a diverse range of people and personalities. Particular skills the successful candidate will have include a pleasant telephone manner, experience in working with spreadsheets and word documents, cash handling and reconciliation and sorting and distributing mail.  Experience or knowledge of the performing arts and/or education sector would be an advantage.
