EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
As Director, you will report to the Board and will be responsible for the strategic, operational and financial direction of WIFTNZ.
The role provides a unique and exciting opportunity to participate in the continued growth of WIFTNZ, advocate and support the needs of women working in the industry, and through excellent communication maintain beneficial relations across the industry
Key Attributes sought include:
- Experience in a management role, both from a strategic and operational point of view
- A wide knowledge and understanding of the issues, priorities and activities of the film & television industry
- Experience in managing events and projects
- Ability to maintain and build relationships with members and related organisations
- Knowledge and skill in fundraising, financial management and planning
- Ability to instill confidence and maintain credibility with key stakeholders
- Experience in negotiation and problem solving, including risk management and critical thinking
- Proven marketing and promotional skills
Strong management & interpersonal skills. You will be representing, and providing services to our members through NZ.
