Admin support resources consents (Waiheke)
Looking for more than just an admin role? Want to play your part in making Waiheke Island a great place to live, work and play? You'll be part of a passionate team who are working on some pretty exciting stuff planning for the future of our fantastic gulf islands. We're looking for a superstar to provide administrative and technical assistance for the resource consent monitoring and building teams. You'll be a whiz at MS Office and have fabulous organisational skills. Responsibilities of the role include minute taking, diary management, organising pre-construction meetings and data entry. You'll need great accuracy skills and attention to detail as you'll be updating documents and utilising your research skills. We're looking for someone who can think outside the square and use their initiative. You'll be liaising with the public both face-to-face and over the phone, therefore you'll need excellent verbal and written communication skills.
