The successful candidate will have solid computer skills, exceptional interpersonal skills and phone manner. The Arts Administrator will provide customer and front of house support for TAPAC.  This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, data entry skills with a strong attention to detail and the desire to give the best service to our customers and audience base.  The Arts Administrator will provide support to and work with the  Manager to provide efficient service so that all matters relating to customers and partners are completed. 

This full time position requires, responsibility and accountability for venue booking co-ordination, marketing, web site management, ticketing, reception and bookkeeping.  We see this as a position with opportunity to grow as TAPAC works  closely with the performing arts community creating opportunities for creative production and development. 

It is preferable that the Administrator has a passion and an understanding of the performing arts and TAPAC’S customer base.  Previous experience in the performing arts is beneficial, but not essential.
