Fixed term - immediate start till 6 September 2010
Part-time (28 hours) 8am to 1pm, Mon to Thurs and 8am to 5pm, Friday
Do you have strong communication skills? Can you demonstrate a customer focussed attitude and “going the extra mile” to provide exceptional administration services? We are seeking an Administrator to join our busy Admin team. This position is based predominantly at the Cable Street Team Te Papa Entrance (Staff Entrance) but may also cover for the admin role at our Tory Street offices.
The person we are seeking for this role will have:
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
- great time management skills with the ability to multi-task;
- knowledge of current Microsoft office applications;
- sound keyboard skills;
- excellent attention to detail and;
- a strong team approach.
