We have exciting opportunities for a senior planner within our resource consents team.

The role would include processing a full range of diverse Resource Consent applications across the district, including the Comprehensive Development Plans required to enable the development of the new town centres at Westgate and Hobsonville.

You will be a motivated person, with strong communication and problem solving skills and recognise the need for excellent research as well as analysis and provision of quality planning advice. Experience in processing a broad spectrum of Resource Consents including Landuse and Subdivisions is required. 

Demonstrated customer services skills are essential as Council is committed to providing exceptional customer service, you will need to consistently meet this requirement.
