JOB...
Publicist 
20-35x hours per week 

Assist in developing and maintaining clients PR / Event and Sponsorship contracts. 

Develop & execute PR plans for clients brands. 
 
Plan and action Press Coverage for the brands. 

Produce clients PR Reports and oversee the completion of the Press coverage Reports.

Develop and maintain the PROCESS database.

Secure and oversee sponsorship for clients.

Liaise directly with all Fashion / Beauty / Lifestyle and Sponsorship clients.

Production on events. [NZ Fashion Week / Catwalk shows / Gallery Exhibitions etc].  

PROCESS showroom
The showroom holds the fashion and beauty clients sample collections; of which are utilized 
by the Press & VIP's for photo-shoots / music videos etc. A part time PR Showroom Assistant is responsible for maintaining the showroom
requirements; however assistant in this area will be required. 

NB: The above involves working alongside Director Caroline Brown. 


MUST HAVE...

PR experience.  
Exceptional communication and people skills. 
Knowledge and understanding of the fashion industry. 
High level of literacy and grammar. 
Accomplished, polished and advanced administration / PC Skills. 
Ability to work to deadlines on a daily basis.  
Positive high energy with a genuine LOVE OF LIFE.  


MUST COME NATURALLY TO DO THE FOLLOWING... 

Understand the concept of Public Relations & Marketing.  
Create and maintain a high level of systems relating to documenting and filing records. 
Reflect a high standard of professionalism and presentation.  
IMPORTANT – A LOVE and knowledge of the NZ fashion industry!
