Job description: 

We are seeking an experienced and professional Administrator with
excellent communication skills to work in the School of Architecture,
Building and Engineering.

You will have proven success with providing quality administration in
a professional manner meeting required timeframes. You will be highly
organised, self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise and problem solve.

Your outgoing, enthusiastic and approachable manner will enable you to
inspire and negotiate your way through diverse tasks involving both staff
and students. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
is essential.

A formal qualification in Business Administration or relevant experience is
required as well as experience using Microsoft Office applications.
