This is an opportunity to join a motivated, high-performing team at Wellington’s flagship art gallery which has placed Wellington and New Zealand on the international cultural map.

You’ll work closely with the Manager Marketing and Communications to develop and implement communications programmes designed to raise the Gallery’s profile and increase Gallery audiences.

You’ll have excellent written and oral communication skills, an outgoing personality, and well developed networks that will support your role. In addition to working with the media, you will also have a strong affinity with and understanding of online and social media.

You will have an interest in contemporary New Zealand art. Previous publicity and media relations experience is required. We will welcome your innovative ideas, proactive approach, and your positive response to challenges.
