Production Manager
Momentum is seeking a production manager whose main role will be to deliver our various projects on time and within budget. The production manager will oversee the execution of projects from conception to delivery, managing resources, project scheduling, budget tracking and status reporting. You will be responsible to the company directors.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands both the creative and technical sides of digital design and can demonstrate having delivered quality design based projects to the highest standard.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Participate in new client and business development opportunities.
• Act as the main contact between the studio and the client.
• Evaluate client briefs and work on pitches and proposals that both meet consumer and client expectations, but also have a clear path for successful execution within given constraints.
• Apply project management practices.
• Plan the projects and produce documentation for all stages of the project.
• Evaluate and resolve all problems that may arise during the course of a project.
• Participate in finding ways to improve processes and suggest new tools that will facilitate the process for the team.
• Participate in the strategic planning process.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, designers, video compositors and developers.
• Superior presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
• Enthusiasm, positive energy, and ability to maintain a sense of humour under pressure.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 2 years experience in the interactive field
• Deep understanding of technical project management and workflow
• Solid experience with project management software.
• Proven history of technology management experience working on digital applications.
• Experience with various projects types, including web, mobile, applications, and video.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
