Gallery Administrator
The Adam Art Gallery is seeking to appoint a permanent part-time Gallery Administrator for 16 hours per week to join its small and dedicated team. This position provides administrative support for the gallery and ensures the smooth operation of its systems.
The Gallery Administrator is responsible for the financial administration of the Gallery, and plays key roles in administering its Supporters’ Programme and in maintaining and developing records and archives associated with the Gallery’s work. This position is ideally suited to someone who has experience in administrative work, especially in the tertiary or art gallery sector, who has or is keen to develop experience in various aspects of gallery administration, including marketing, communications, and relationship building; archives and record management; and financial administration.
