Administrator
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Administration Team supporting the executive team of the Museum.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Museums Management Executive Team as part of an efficient and highly motivated team that is the backbone of any successful management structure. You will also have responsibility for delivering exceptional customer service both on the phone and to business visitors.
The successful candidate will need demonstrated experience and competence in general administration, reception duties, customer contact by phone and email, and executive support.
Key responsibilities for this role are:
- Administration tasks supporting the Executive Team and Museum
- External and internal calls
- Reception and welcome to visitors
A tertiary qualification in administration or customer services or related experience is desirable.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in working in customer service.
