Job description: 

Reporting to the Visitor Services Manager, the Visitor Systems Manager leads a small team that provides a seamless bookings and sales service to Auckland Museum’s corporate, education, tourism and public event customers.

The Visitor Systems Manager is responsible for assisting with the ongoing development and maintenance of information communication systems within the Museum to ensure that visitors receive warm, efficient and professional communications by telephone, email and online channels.

The Visitor Systems Manager also assists with analysing visitor data to provides regular statistical reports to Senior Managers.

Experience:

• Tertiary qualification in management, business systems or other relevant area.
• Experience managing an integrated venue and tours management system.
• Team leadership and training skills.
• Report writing and statistical analysis.
• Relevant education sector, tourism industry and/or event bookings experience.
