Phenomenon Promotions is a Nationwide company specializing in Live Promotions.

Our wonderful Christchurch Manager is heading overseas so we have an opening for the right person to fill his big shoes.
This is not a run of the mill 9-5 job. The person we need will be energetic, outgoing, proactive and able to successfully interview and train, motivate and manage people and the ability to work with systems.
Good computer and communication, organisational and admin skills are essential and you must be able to time manage yourself and others to a high level.
While being able to follow instructions, you need to be able to respond to the moment and make good educated judgement calls on the fly.
The role is on a contract basis and you would need to be flexible with your time.
The workload, your management skills and the jobs booked dictate the hours needed and you will be paid accordingly -  weekend work is a normal part of the role.
You will need to have a reliable car, be well presented and have some space at home to run an office from and store gear.
Lastly but not least you need to be able to impress me to secure the job.
