Wanted! A sales and leadership superstar. Is this you?

An exciting opportunity exists for a senior media sales manager to join leading magazine and website publisher, Trader Group NZ (a division of ACP Media).

This newly-created role of National Advertising Manager – Industry (Deals on Wheels and Farm Trader) encompasses management of print and web and will need someone with excellent time management and the ability to simultaneously juggle a multitude of tasks.

To succeed in this role, you will:

Have at least 5 years’ sales staff management experience – includes three years working at a senior level
Be confident developing and implementing business planning and strategy
Have extensive sales budget and forecasting experience
Have excellent print and online sales skills
Be an inspirational leader
Have a high level of agricultural or construction knowledge
Be an innovative thinker who can deliver practical solutions
Have the ability to forge, maintain and manage excellent professional relationships
Be results-driven and inspire your staff to excel
Have advanced online and print campaign management experience
Have flawless attention to detail

You will be working closely with the National Sales Manager on strategies, inovations, customer service, management and implementation of new products.
